A: At this time, our system is set up to only accept monthly payments for memberships, and we are unable to process annual payments. We truly appreciate your understanding and are always looking for ways to improve our service. Should anything change in the future, we’ll be sure to update you!

A: Our goal is to make your life easier, and that includes keeping your membership active so you can enjoy uninterrupted service. That’s why your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless we hear from you 30 days beforehand.

A: We have a large client base and want to ensure everyone gets prompt service. We kindly ask that you wait for one of our representatives to contact you to schedule your annual service. Don’t worry – we’ll be in touch soon!

A: Our system isn’t set up for pre-authorized payments, but we accept Visa and Mastercard for membership fees.

A: Your membership is unique to you and can be transferred to a new residence within our service area.

A: We treat each heating and cooling systems as unique entities, which is why we can’t merge furnace and air conditioner memberships. Each system requires its own membership for consistency in treatment.

A: Yes. Because hot water tanks and tankless water heaters are directly connected to the plumbing system, an annual inspection and 10% discount on plumbing services is also included with those memberships.

A: We want to maintain consistent service across all of your home comfort systems, so we require all supplementary systems to have the same level of coverage.

A: Your Peace of Mind Membership is valid for one year and non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you must let us know within 30 days of your renewal date. Monthly memberships are responsible for fulfilling the remainder of the 12-month term.

Get Your Home’s Plumbing & Heating in Tip-Top Shape with a Peace of Mind Membership

*Your Peace of Mind Membership is a one-year (12-month) membership with non-refundable fees, billed monthly or yearly. Membership will automatically renew unless either party notifies the other within 30 days of contract renewal date. Each membership applies to one (1) piece of equipment (including furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater, hot water tank, and humidifier). Additional systems in the same household need to have the same membership. 1 year supply of standard filters (16×25×1 or 20×25×1) per household covered under Peace of Mind Membership plans. As a Peace of Mind Member, all dispatch fees are waived, excluding weekends, during which a discount on dispatch fees will apply. All prices are subject to GST. All memberships are only transferable to the same homeowner. Members will be contacted by a Plumbing & Heating Paramedics representative about upcoming annual service within 12 months of sign-up date. For more information on memberships, please contact us.
