Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Plumbing and Heating Paramedics and we only have great things to say about their service. Kody and Nicolas did a great job explaining their services and were very professional, highly recommended!

5 star service. Arrive time and texting worked to a T, the guy checked everything out re my potential gas leak, tested my utility room, double checked the meter, covered it all! As no repairs needed, he checked with his boss to get the “testing but no other work done” rate, great guy to work with!!

Had the Plumbing and Heating Paramedics out to install a new water softener. Everything from booking the appointment on the phone with Saffron, to Nick walking through all the work that was done was painless and high quality. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Paramedics to everyone. 2

Fantastic service from answering the call right away, having someone arrive within a couple of hours. Ryan was very thorough, tidy and considerate. He went above & beyond supplying us with two heaters to keep us warm while we made plans to replace the furnace.

Great service from Nick! Gas control module on our water heater stopped working overnight and Plumbing Paramedics were able to diagnose and repair in the same day. Great customer service from the time I placed my phone call to the time the tech left. In my initial call the dispatcher was able to give me all the info and gave me a very clear idea of the process.

Kurtis came by and did a great job. All his recommendations were well received and appropriate given the age and condition of the house and plumbing. He was also able to give some options to choose from and able to address any of my concerns. Thanks, Kurtis!

Sheldon came out to help with a plugged kitchen sink and to remove the garburator. He also helped with minor plumbing issues we’ve been putting off till we had a bigger job to do. He was great. Got everything done and I’m very happy with the work he did.

Waking up to ice cold water and a leaky water heater is not the way you want to start your day. But thankfully it was seen to very quickly and replaced that same day. I was back up and hot by mid afternoon. Nick was so great about it all, very clean and took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you!

After experiencing furnace issues, I called in and received quick, same-day service from Ryan, who diagnosed the issues, and Aaron, who provided solution estimates and options on how to move forward. The next day, Alfred and Frankie promptly arrived and installed a new furnace. They provided excellent service, quickly disassembling the old unit and building and connecting the new unit. They operated effectively and communicated kindly as they explained necessary information and responded to my questions.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Furnace went out one day and replacement furnace installed the very next day… super-quick turn around and the finished product is neat and tidy. Installer took the time to educate me on the use of the new furnace, thermostat and humidifier before he and his partner left at the end of the day. They removed the old furnace, old parts and packaging, leaving it as clean as when they arrived. Would definitely recommend!

They are my wife’s go to guys whenever we have problems in our plumbing and heating. This time it’s about a leak that we can’t seem to stop. Kurtis, in particular, took time, patience and effort to find the water valve well-hidden who knows where. It wasn’t easy, but he eventually found and fixed it. Saffron who takes away my wife’s frustrations every time something breaks is always accommodating. And thanks to Kellen for putting together a great team.

Nicholas & Sheldon replaced my PloyB and hot water tank and they were great! Professional, friendly, explained what they were doing, what they did, how everything worked, even found a leak I was not aware of. The final set up was very organized and well identified.

Called plumbing and heating paramedics because my toilet bowl is broken. They arrived in my house right away! Nicholas the plumber (by the way love his hair 😊) is very presentable and professional looking plumber. He is very efficient and organize. I like how he discuss to me all my plumbing at my house and he really did his job exceedingly! Kudos to Plumbing and Heating Paramedics and surely will get them again for my other needs at my house. Highly recommended!
